OUR STORY
Yourise Inc. started its humble beginnings with Raysha Rivany and Chesia Popovici in Ontario, Canada.
Amidst the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic, the founders of Yourise found inspiration in importing Indonesian products. Hindered by COVID restrictions, they yearned not only for their home country and family but also for the traditional foods of Indonesia and the innovative culinary products evolving in their homeland.
After importing childhood favorites for themselves and friends, word quickly spread, leading to requests for a broader range of items. Recognizing a significant gap in the Indonesian Canadian community, Yourise founders Chesia and Raysha embarked on a mission to fill this void. Operating initially from their homes, they began importing, packaging, and distributing products to friends and family.
Within months, their customer base expanded significantly, prompting the implementation of new marketing techniques to engage a larger segment of the Indonesian community. Positive reviews poured in, paving the way for the next phase of growth - B2B (business-to-business) sales. This strategic move aimed to extend the reach of their sought-after products into more communities, making a more significant impact.
